The level of black in the middle is thin on the sides, becoming more vivid, illuminated the corners clear. Never looked almost fun to (the center is lit by 4 points). For that price is an absolute no-go. “It is remarkable that over almost any other model of Sony (the 4500 had not the KDL) 4000-series based on the test and field. Personally, I find that very sad, I had the pleasure on my LCD and have made happy. Has a really good picture. But when it strikes, even my wife, I have to look further for better or worse after the LCD “perfect” with no buzzing, no fan, with a perfect image and operation. :-)

The Sony KDL-W5500, is not, unfortunately.
